Crows on the Golden Haystack - Paint by Numbers Kit

Two glossy black crows perch on the crown of a golden haystack, their crisp silhouettes sharp against an unbroken pale blue sky. Nothing else in this summer meadow competes with them. That makes the dark birds the calm center of a very bright painting.

The haystack is a broad mound built from coin-sized dabs of orange and blue set side by side, so the gold seems to hum in the midday light. Below it, a single green field spreads out, with violet and yellow blossoms gathered near the base as if the crows had drawn them in. Blocks of color this large are easy to read and satisfying to fill, which suits beginners, and the haystack still gives seasoned hobbyists plenty of color-mixing to enjoy.

Finished, it makes a cheerful piece for a farmhouse kitchen, a reading nook or a gift for a bird lover. Pick up your brush and give the crows their perch.
